Salesmen's results are partly caused by their efforts and partly by factors that they cannot control such as the conditions of the market. When you want to measure the performance of employees you incorporate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that reflect someone's efforts. The outcome of most departments that support sales (Finance, HR, Logistics, Production, etc.) is in direct relation with the input of the personnel (work and skills). However, when it comes to sales there are other aspects that you cannot manage or even influence. For example, every market has a maximum capacity which is irrelevant to the effort someone makes. When that capacity is reached, no matter how hard you work you can't change it.
Consequently if your KPIs achievement rate is, let's say, 98% in a management support function, perhaps you can reach 100% with (some) additional input. On the contrary, when your KPIs reflect sales targets, many times, no matter how hard you try, you cannot reach 100%. Thus, it's totally unfair to compare the achievement rate of goals between sales and the other departments (of a company).

There is still confusion about what's going to happen the next day because the first party does not have the majority to form a government and a coalition government with other parties (with similar views) seems to be hard to be achieved. Parties that voted in favor of the memorandum, so far, cannot form a stable coalition government.
The rest European countries, IMF and other institutions as well, monitor closely the whole process and there is already a lot of reaction all over internet and regular media.
In conclusion, it was about time for a real change and swift in people's mentality! Hopefully that change will move us forward!

I have a unsolved dilimma: Use K2 for Article Management or stick with the joomla articles system?I would prefer K2 for having more features but I cannot control the display of articles. All Attempts to control the CSS of K2 component so far have failed :(
For intergrating social features inside the articles of Joomla I have found a very good ALL-IN-ONE solution: Sharable content plugin v1.0.3.I tried several others before but I wasn't satisfied by the result because there were unmatched buttons in very strange positions. Tags: First of all, sorry for being inactive for so long!
The photo exhibition went good; my video was good too but it didn't win in any of the categories of the contest. I am happy though, cause I learned a few stuff about video editing and because I was content with the final result (and got some good comments & feedback). This period of time I've started reading about flash and familiarizing with Adobe's Flash Professional CS5. At the same time I am into the process of learning about databases and SQL in particular. Too many irons into fire, I know! I'll keep you updated with my progress.
